Roundup: Seafood Week

I love compiling these Roundup posts  because they require  me to read old posts (if you can call a year ago old). Grilled Shrimp Salad is another salad as a meal that will turn kids on to the protein packed shrimp.

Salmon Salad for this great meal look for Alaskian Salmon since it has the lowest levels of environmental contaminants then let the good times roll.

Homemade Fish Sticks are an easy supper that most kids love. We used tilapia but haddock is great too.

Tilapia Tacos are a light alternative to chicken or beef when it comes to your family’s Mexican night.

Parmesan Tilapia is a dish we’ve had a few SPC readers write to tell us they’re addicted to it! You know who you are and we love you. Try it yourself (it’s as easy as pie!) and let us know if it’s your latest addiction.
