Roundup: Vitamin Week Dishes
As a self-confessed germ-a-phobe, it’s no surprise that I’m a little kookie about the foods I eat. Not only do I carry anti-bacterial wipes, clean all foreign surfaces and cancel play dates upon first sign of a cough (on anyone’s part!), I try to eat a lot of nutrient dense foods, especially during flu season.
