Happy New Year everyone! I don’t know about all of you, but I definitely indulged over the Holidays. Now, what is done is done, and it’s time to move on and get back on the healthy wagon. I’m not one to make New Year’s Resolutions, I prefer to set smaller goals for throughout the year, but I know many people are determined to get and stay healthy in 2013!
