Roundup: One Pot Wonders Part 2

Roundup: One Pot Wonders Part 2

I absolutely love spending time experimenting in the kitchen, but what I don’t love are the dishes. Is there anything worse than doing the dishes? Ok, maybe folding laundry, but dishes are pretty high up on the list of tasks I don’t look forward to. If anyone out there loves doing dishes, all I can say is we need more people like you in the world. This dish washing dislike of mine is the reason one pot  meals are literally the best thing ever. I’ve decided that this week, I’m only going to make one pot meals using these five recipes.

Beef Stew

Beef and Mushroom Stew is also made in one pot which gives me one more reason (not that I needed another!) to make it this weekend.

Lemon Thyme Chicken includes one of the best flavour combinations and makes a great comforting meal.

Absorb This Pasta is a little more labour intensive but so cool. I haven’t tried this recipe yet, but it’s a must now!

To me, soup is the quintessential one pot meal and Chicken Noodle Soup is the quintessential soup.
