Roundup: Baking Week

I love to see the weekly themes that Ceri and Laura come up with – they always get me inspired to get in the kitchen and cook some healthy, delicious recipes. I was so excited when I saw that the theme for this week is Baking Week. How perfect is it for this time of year? Oreos are my guilty pleasure. I love that I can make them at home with this recipe for Homemade Oreos.

I had this Maple Cornbread a few months ago and it was so good.

We make a lot of Banana Bread in my house, but I think this Coconut Loaf is going to be a new favourite.
