Roundup: Baking Week

I love to see the weekly themes that Ceri and Laura come up with – they always get me inspired to get in the kitchen and cook some healthy, delicious recipes. I was so excited when I saw that the theme for this week is Baking Week. How perfect is it for this time of year?
