Roundup: Baking Week

I love to see the weekly themes that Ceri and Laura come up with – they always get me inspired to get in the kitchen and cook some healthy, delicious recipes. I was so excited when I saw that the theme for this week is Baking Week. How perfect is it for this time of year? I mentioned that baking chocolate chip cookies is a favourite memory of mine, so naturally, these Almond Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies are first on my “to-bake” list.
