Welcome to Your Meal Plan for the Week of November 23rd!
Ta da! We’ve been wanting to do this forever and we finally decided to just dive in and create a really simple weekly meal plan for you guys. So many of you have told us that the biggest hurdle to cooking every day is figuring out what the heck to make. We get it. And there’s not much worse that coming to the end of your day with that sick feeling of not know how you’re going to get everyone fed. So, once a week we’re going to put together a week’s worth of simple, fast, healthy recipes. If you made one of them on the weekend and put it in the fridge or freezer, you’d only have four dinners to deal with – just a thought. Let us know if this format works for and what else you might like to go along with it.
This week we’re focusing on cozy comfort meals. The temperature is dropping and it feels like the right time for a bowl of soup, some hearty chili, a healthy mac and cheese, a chicken cacciatore that only messes up one pot and a Friday dinner that’s as simple as a good old grilled cheese.
