
Top 5 Easy Dinners from Scratch-ish
There are times I’m just so completely uninspired about dinner. Now is one of those times. Despite my decision to embrace Winter and keep super busy (which I’m proud to say we’ve done with weekly excursion to ski, tube, ice skate, cross country ski and hike), the season as managed to catch up to me. This time, instead of attacking my mood, it has deflated by dinner mo-jo. Normally, I’m not short of comforting dishes and inspiration for dinner, but, lately, I just want to feed everyone a bowl of cereal. If you’re anything like me, hopefully, these easy dinner ideas will help. They’re not all totally homemade (you may need to grab a rotisserie chicken) but, let’s be honest, at least it’s not cereal.
P.S. To all cereal manufacturers, I see nothing wrong with you for dinner. It’s my family who needs the reality check!
