Roundup: Back To School Breakfast Ideas!

So…it’s almost back to school time, and I’ve seriously been on the hunt for healthy back to school breakfast ideas. Luckily, I’ve found so many wonderful ideas on SPC that it was hard to shorten down the list to just five. I’ll definitely be trying some of these come back to school time. I think these recipes would make a good breakfast for just about any age, elementary school kids will die for a breakfast cookie and teens trying to get as much sleep as possible will go for a smoothie as they saunter out the door. As a university student, I think that the mini quiches are the perfect bite sized breakfast to eat on the bus or in the car.

These Mini Quiches make a great protein packed lunch, but I love to make a batch on Sunday and eat them for breakfast throughout the week.

Smoothies make a a quick and healthy breakfast. I love to have a smoothie for breakfast at least once a week, this Apple Ginger Shake is a great boost in the mornings.

Surprising your kids with an Almond Butter Banana Breakfast Cookie on the first day of school will definitely put them in a good mood!

This Quinoa Porridge is another great way to get that all important protein for breakfast.

Making a batch of Granola on the weekend is a great way to change up your breakfasts, serve it with yogurt and berries or as a cereal!
