I love reading the “What’s So Great About…” articles because they are always filled with great information. Also, I’m a nerd who loves learning new things – especially when it comes to food! I find cooking and baking more enjoyable when I am knowledgeable about the ingredients. I thought I would roundup five “What’s So Great About…” articles featuring my favourite ingredients of the moment.
