Roundup: Travel Snacks

I’m sure you all know by now that March Break is just around the corner. The kids I was babysitting on the weekend wouldn’t stop talking about it. It made me a little bit jealous – I could do with a week off right about now! March Break can often mean traveling, maybe it’s a long drive down to Florida or a flight to another tropical destination, whatever it is your kids will require snacks. I find traveling alone is hard enough, I can’t imagine what it’s like with kids – hopefully these SPC travel approved snacks will make your trip a little less stressful.

Blueberry Spelt Oat Bars are a great healthy snack to pack that can be kept in a plastic baggy.

These Apple Oat Bars are perfect for shorter trips, maybe a drive out to the ski hill or a trip to the museum.

Whole Grain Blueberry Muffins have always been one of my favourite snacks, I love how healthy this version is.

Our favourite Almond Butter Banana Breakfast Cookies would also make a fantastic travel snack.

Everyone loves a good granola bar and these Nuts and Seeds Granola Bars are a great alternative to the sugar loaded store bought variety.
