Roundup: Favourite Asparagus Recipes
It’s Spring Fever week here on SPC and to me, nothing screams Spring more than asparagus. It is one of my favourite vegetables and it is much more flavorful during the Spring months. It’s so versatile and can be made as a side dish, or incorporated into a main dish, the possibilities are endless. When I see a bunch of asparagus at my grocery store, I can’t help but buy it, but then, it stares at me from the fridge, day after day, each time I look, there it is. I hope I’m not alone in this, but sometimes I just don’t know what to do with what I have in my fridge. Luckily the SPC have so many delicious asparagus recipes that I will be out buying more asparagus just to give them a try!
