Roundup: Warm and Toasty Soups
We had something totally different planned for today and then we saw the forecast. The temperature is suppose to drop so much that we switched gears to bring you dishes that will help you combat the cold. In other words, soups on! Ceri mentioned yesterday that you should look forward to another soup roundup and here it is. It’s what we feel like making lately and chances are you do as too. Besides, these low preparation meals will give you more time to spend with family, and that’s what we’re all about at SPC. Enjoy the weekend.
Sweet Potato and Carrot Soup combines two carotene-packed veggies to make a yummy soup. Why not try our sweet potato scone recipe as well and pair them together?
Black Bean Soup is just one dish we’ve loaded the healthy bean into. Try it with or without the yummy salsa garnish.
Broccoli and Cheese Soup is a simple but tried and true dish.
Curried Pumpkin Soup is a rich and flavorful soup your whole family will love. If not, Ceri promises to make you dinner.
