Chicken Dinner Roundup
Somebody once told me that chicken dinners are the top the list for recipe searches online. I get it, chicken is fast to cook with, most kids love it and it’s so flexible. It suits so many kinds of cooking that no matter what you’re in the mood for you can work chicken into your dinner plans. Which means it’s a great basic to experiment with, too. If you want to try Mexican or Indian flavours and think you might meet some resistance at least you’ve chicken to sell to them. Here are a few of our favourite ways to make chicken into dinner.
