Roundup: Healthy Dinners

Happy New Year everyone! I don’t know about all of you, but I definitely indulged over the Holidays. Now, what is done is done, and it’s time to move on and get back on the healthy wagon. I’m not one to make New Year’s Resolutions, I prefer to set smaller goals for throughout the year, but I know many people are determined to get and stay healthy in 2013! Sweet Potato Chronicles is a great resource for everyone with a ton of healthy, simple recipes perfect for the whole family. I’ve rounded up some favourite healthy dinner recipes that will get you started on your 2013 healthy eating journey.

A healthy alternative to fried chicken, this Healthy Baked Fried Chicken is a great meal that your kids will love.

I’ve had these Veggie Sloppy Joes before and I can guarantee you that they will be devoured in seconds.

Mini Turkey Meatloaves are one of those fabulous dinners you can make a huge batch of and freeze some for later.
