Easy Mexican Egg Bake Video

Here’s another golden oldie! Laura and I used to have an online series with our friends at CityLine. The team there is the best – funny, smart and supportive. We’ll never forget that they were the first morning show to have us on when we launched SPC. If host extraordinaire, Tracy Moore, thought one of us was going to lose a finger chopping the mountain of kale while trying to talk to the camera, she never showed it.  And when we nervously proposed an online series we received the same warm welcome. Online producers Suzanne Ellis and Suzie Jangda took us on and we shot cityline in various kitchens. This is from our first shoot! And the recipe is a keeper, I promise.
