I accidentally missed Shrove Tuesday. Chalk it up to my boys’ hockey schedule, my daughter’s dance rehearsals and a little virus that knocked me off my feet (which never happens). Since it’s one of my favourite meals of the year — Pancakes at 6pm? Yes please! — it inspired me to put together a little round up of my favourite SPC Breakfast for Dinner recipes.
