Karine Talks Meal Planning (Again) And Her Kids Pick Their Dinner Faves

Yesterday, I posted about my undying love for Ceri and Laura and how their meal planning strategies have changed my life forever. (If you missed it, I forgive you, however click here immediately please.) But, I’ve realized that not only do I have a teeny penchant for exaggeration, I also have more to say about meal planning. 🙂

One of the many tips C&L recommend is to let each of your kids pick one meal a week, so that at the very least your chances of making one person in your household happy go way up. As I mentioned, with four kids and two adults in the house, that leaves just one evening a week to order takeout or go to a restaurant. (Thank goodness I don’t have five kids: Every parent deserves at least one night off a week from dinner duty in my books!)

So, here are Milla, Wyatt, Theo and Beckett’s favourite SPC dinner recipes, and a little blurb from each explaining why. Feel free to let us know your family’s faves. (That’s my way of checking to see if you read this…!) xo
