Roundup: Vitamin Week Dishes

As a self-confessed germ-a-phobe, it’s no surprise that I’m a little kookie about the foods I eat. Not only do I carry anti-bacterial wipes, clean all foreign surfaces and cancel play dates upon first sign of a cough (on anyone’s part!), I try to eat a lot of nutrient dense foods, especially during flu season. It’s my way of being pro-active about staying healthy as well as trying to never stick a germ up my nose. Therefore, it’s no accident that we created a week devoted to dishes that are rich in vitamins. It’s my idea of nutrition heaven. Ceri’s just along for the ride. Her crazy is about other stuff. Don’t worry. I’ll clue you into them. In time, people. In time.

Salmon Sloppy Joe is your omega-3 supplement in a burger. Plus it has the moniker sloppy. Who can resist?

Kale Pasta is so fast and healthy it’s not even funny.

5- Veggie Vegetable Burger are an addiction of mine. Give them a try and let me know if they become an obsession of yours.
