We Resolve to…Eat Better Snacks

I have an obsession. It’s the oat bar at Starbucks. (Dear Oat Bar, I love you with my latte and hate it when Scarlett makes me share you!) I haven’t gotten the balls nerve to go online and check the nutritional information for the snack on the company’s website. However, I’m pretty sure it’s a stick of sugar and butter. If you’re associated with Starbuck and know how this heavenly thing is made, please don’t tell me. I just float on the hope that since it has oats in it then it must be good for me in some twisted Seattle-based, coffee chain parallel universe. Grape Salsa is a snack so delicious and refreshing serve it with chips, baked of course.

Edamame Dip gives the kids some greens.

Wholegrain Blueberry Muffins a healthy twist on a coffee house special.

Blueberry Spelt Oat Bars are nutritious, crumbly and yummy.

Granola Balls are healthy and delicous. Take that store-bought granola bars!
