Our Best 30-Minute Suppers

We made it through our first official week of school here in Ontario and we’re feeling pretty good about it. We had some serious back to school nerves (both kid and parent) so, now that it’s behind us, we feel pretty happy. And then we remember it’s only the beginning–Only 40 more weeks to go!

We’re using this weekend to get ourselves ready to fully buckle down since activities start next week. We’re also going back into the studio after spending the last few months nose to grindstone on our next book. It’s been all consuming but we used the summer to create and test recipes that will make your (and our) weeks easier; or, at least, that’s the goal. After all, we know there are just some weeks we can’t get out ahead of the thunderstorm of activities. (God, I hate those weeks!)

Whether you meal plan or wing it when it comes to dinner, you need dishes that are a snap. So we’ve put together our best 30-minute meals. We hope they help you get ahead of the week. Or, in some cases, just survive it.
