It’s Grilling Time!

It’s Grilling Time!

Even though many of us try to barbecue all year long, there is something about being able to leave the back door open and cross the yard in our bare feet to reach the grill that just inspires a new take on dinner. Doesn’t it feel like you have a ton of new ideas? And don’t forget, cooking al fresco isn’t just for meat lovers: Pizza, cornbread and fruit enjoy a good grilling, too. (Well, I don’t know if they actually enjoy it, but I’m certain I’ll enjoy eating them.)
