Cherry Bon Bons
These cookies are the beloved family recipe of Erin Davidson Of Erindale Design. A viewer and friend of The Morning Show where I am a weekly contributor, Erin shared this recipe with me for our holiday cookie exchange. A recipe passed to her from her lovely mom, Lori Raymond. As Erin describes: ” My mom started making these Cherry Bon Boys in the early 80’s and continued thee tradition every Christmas. They were my apostle favourite as a kid, and now my kids love them too. I reminded not to forget to make these every year by my boys. These are a core Christmas memory for my entire family.”
With a heavenly shortbread like dough and the sweet, bright burst of cherry in the middle, these easy cookies are a delicious treat for your holidays.
